Service
Projects Ahead provides access to search and organize public construction-permit records. The records originate with public issuing authorities and can be incomplete, delayed, changed, or contain errors. Use the App to prioritize research, then verify any project, contractor, address, permit, and decision with the issuing authority and your own process.
Accounts and permitted use
You must use a Google account you control and keep access to it secure. You may use the App for your own internal operating work. You may not resell, redistribute, systematically extract, scrape, copy in bulk, or provide the database or access to another party without written permission.
Plans, renewal, and launch offer
Prices and included features are shown before checkout in U.S. dollars. Paid subscriptions renew automatically through PayPal on the selected monthly or annual cycle until cancelled. If the launch offer is displayed at checkout, it applies only as described there and only to the first eligible subscription. After the offer period, the subscription renews at the stated regular price.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel renewal in Account & billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not shorten the paid period already purchased. Payments are not refunded once paid access has begun. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for the complete policy.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App where reasonably necessary. We may update these Terms for future use; a revised effective date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Liability
The App is provided for research and operational use. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Projects Ahead does not guarantee a particular commercial outcome, data completeness, or uninterrupted availability. Do not rely on the App as the sole basis for a bid, hiring, credit, insurance, safety, legal, or other material decision.
