Information used to operate your account
When you sign in with Google, we receive the account identifier, verified email address, and the profile name or image that Google makes available. We store the information needed to create your account, keep you signed in, provide access to your plan, and respond to support requests.
Payment information
Payments are processed by PayPal. Projects Ahead receives subscription and payment-status identifiers needed to activate, manage, and audit your subscription. We do not receive or store your full payment-card or PayPal credential details.
How information is used
We use account, session, search, saved-search, alert, and subscription information to operate the App, prevent misuse, secure the service, enforce plan limits, investigate support requests, and maintain accounting records. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Google provides sign-in, PayPal provides payment processing, and Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and delivery. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies in order to provide their services.
Public records
Search results are derived from construction-permit records published by issuing authorities. Those authorities determine what is public in their records. Projects Ahead does not add private contact details to permit records.
Retention and requests
We retain account and subscription records for as long as needed to operate the service, handle disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request account deletion by emailing support. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve a dispute.
